I contacted Debbie from her advertising flyer I found in the drawer of my aunt's condo after my aunt had passed and I was trying to settle her estate. Debbie agreed to meet me at the condo and walk through with me and give me some ideas of how to put the condo on the market. She arrived with a friendly face and a printed market analysis she prepared for the area around the condo.She explained the importance of setting a price correctly. She walked through the condo with me giving suggestions on how to prepare it before putting it on the market.
This first meeting was so helpful ( at a stressful time) I had well organized information and a plan to move forward with. Debbie's knowledge and experience allowed me to prepare the condo and put on the market on a Thursday with an open house 2 days later on Saturday and multiple offers 4 days after listing . Due to the final offer being a cash offer the entire process was started and completed in 1 month.I would 100% recommend Debbie Johnson to anyone who is in need of a Realtor.
