As a first time homebuyer, my biggest fear during this process was making sure I was finding a home within my price range that would not make me house broke. I am a single mom and home ownership is exciting but scary. Kylie was amazing from the beginning. She explained the entire process to me, gave me an understanding of what I would be spending and out of pocket costs, and also wanted me to make sure I was not experiencing buyer burnout. I contacted Debbie from her advertising flyer I found in the drawer of my aunt's condo after my aunt had passed and I was trying to settle her estate. Debbie agreed to meet me at the condo and walk through with me and give me some ideas of how to put the condo on the market. She arrived with a friendly face and a printed market analysis she prepared for the area around the condo.She explained the importance of setting a price correctly. She walked through the condo with me giving suggestions on how to prepare it before putting it on the market.
This first meeting was so helpful ( at a stressful time) I had well organized information and a plan to move forward with.
