I contacted Debbie from her advertising flyer I found in the drawer of my aunt's condo after my aunt had passed and I was trying to settle her estate. Debbie agreed to meet me at the condo and walk through with me and give me some ideas of how to put the condo on the market. She walked through the condo with me giving suggestions on how to prepare it before putting it on the market.
